Care instructions

• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron up to 110°C /230°F
• Machine washing up to 30°C /86°F  gentle cycle

Delivery

• Standard Delivery （3-5 business days）（Northern Ireland 5 -7 business days）- 3.95 GBP / FREE (ORDERS OVER 50 GBP).  We aim for next day delivery on orders placed between Monday and Friday before 20:00.
• One-Day Delivery - 7.95 GBP/ FREE (ORDERS OVER 99 GBP)
  Same day delivery within Newcastle for all orders placed between Monday and Saturday before 14:00.
• Christmas Delivery（1-2 weeks） - 3.95 GBP （25/11-25/12）

• We have extended our refund policy for the Christmas period. All orders placed between 20st November 2019 and 25th December 2019, can be returned until 31st January 2020.
