Will you adjust the price of an item that goes on sale shortly after I purchased it?
All items on sale prices adjust automatically when added to the shopping cart.
What is your return policy for sale items?
All items on sale cannot be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged with any other item in the store.

Blue Velvet is an online fashion store and we sell our items only through this online store we do not have any other branches.

Blue Velvet offers delivery within the UK.
Who will deliver my package?
BLUE VELVET is cooperating with Royal Mail. If you order with an address within the UK, the carrier will be Royal Mail. If you order with an address in EU, the carrier will be Royal Mail International.
What delivery options do I have?
We offer Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) - 3.95 GBP / FREE (ORDERS OVER 50 GBP); and One-Day Delivery - 7.95 GBP/ FREE (ORDERS OVER 99 GBP)
What are the payment options we offer?
We accept PayPal and cards bearing the MasterCard or Visa symbol.
How do I return?
Blue Velvet is happy to refund within 14 days for any unsuitable items, provided they are in resalable condition.
For the return option, we offer Free return via Royal Mail (Post office).
Attach the Royal Mail return label, found in the parcel or you can print a free return address label via Royal Mail, and take your return parcel to the nearest Post Office. Please remember to get proof of postage.
I have lost my return form, what should I do?
If you have lost your Return Form, you can print it from 'MY ORDERS', or contact our customer service.
I have lost my return label, how can I send a return?
Each parcel contains a returns label for Royal Mail. If the return label is missing or lost you can print out a new label from 'MY ORDERS'. Or you can print a free return address label via Royal Mail, and take your return parcel to the nearest Post Office. Please remember to get proof of postage.
